Mini-Movement Moments

Mini-Movement Moments are brief movement practices done during the course of your day. In just moments you can restore the harmony and balance in your body and mind.  In our industrialized society we are sitting and staring at the same distance for far too long. These abnormal conditions are creating many musculo-skeletal disorders of immobility. In nature there is always a fluctuating rhythm of action and rest. We can re-establish this natural rhythm by briefly introducing these minimal movement breaks.
